Call: java -Xss512k -jar PIEdit.jar [-nosplashscreen|-nss|-dt|-nocanci|-oneinstance[PORT]|-jitload] [filename1] [filename2]… Under Window one can use the contained batch file (PIEdit.bat) to best start PIEdit, since this contains all parameters for the optimal execution. IMPORTANT: In the batch file the complete absolute path to piedit.jar must be indicated, so that this functions perfectly: see in addition also the contained README.txt. Therefore the batch file must be adapted before accordingly! Programmed with: JDK1.5.0 update 3 (runs only on 1.5.x, on older versions PIEdit runs definitevely not!)
