Translation into English

To make the information (and Projects) of this homepage internationally readable I decided for a translation into English.
By means of an entrance side one can select the language before entering the actual homepage.

Technical:
In the course of the 2-language version of this homepage the directory-structure had to be changed seriously. Now 2 general directories "de" and "en" exist, which contain the HTML sides for the 2 languages German and English. In a directory "all" documents and pictures are put down, which are referenced both by the German and by the English version. There by the use of a "all" directory only the HTML files on the 2 languages were reflected, so the total volume of the homepage (space requirement) only imperceptibly increased (approx. around 1MB).
In order to prevent that possibly set bookmarks do not function any longer, it was developed a small Java program (Site Redirector). This scans recursively the directories for HTML files and replaces automatically contents, of that 84 old sides, by "information with links to the appropriate correct sides". For this relative links hat to be computed.
For changing between the 2 languages (German and English) a small JavaScript program was developed, which by clicking the flags determines and changes the URL to the corresponding differently languagely counterpart of the actual side.

Additional changes:
There is now information for Study and an additional separate Downloads-page, which list all Downloads of this homepage briefly in a table.
