Review

During a first review process the first version of the paper was judged by 5 reviewers.
The paper was judged in the categories Technical, Organization, Originality, Significance and Overall Score.
Points were to be assigned within the range of 1 to 6. The MA&DA paper got a total evaluation of 4 (very good, next 20%), whereby 6 (exceptional, top 5%) the highest assignable score was. Reviewer D gave relatively bad evaluations (see below), while Reviewer E two times assigned the maximum score.
In the comments improvements and suggestions for the paper were given, which were converted in the final version of the paper.
Due to the very good total evaluation of 4, the paper was accepted for the conference and the system was thus presents.
