By templates texts can be formatted more simply. (Similarly to the templates in Microsoft Word). Example: If one wants to e.g. have a heading in same style, like an already existing, one can use templates. In addition one places somewhere the cursor within the heading, and presses with the right mouse button on a template in the right toolbar. Now one can assign a name for the template, and the template is defined already. In order to have now the second heading in same style, as first, one must mark these only, and click with the left mouse button on the appropriate template, straight defined.
